What is Tantra Tokyo?
Tantra Tokyo is one of Tokyo's premier nightlife entertainment venues, offering a unique combination of live stage performances, music, and exceptional Japanese hospitality. Located in the heart of Tokyo, Tantra provides an immersive and upscale nightlife experience for international and local guests alike.
Can I invite a Tantra host to join my table?
Yes, you can request for a Tantra host to sit with you at no additional charge.
What time do you open?
Tantra opens the door at 20:00 and closes at 1:00 AM — but you can continue the party at our restaurant 395 Spice. 395 Spice is a live-music venue, restaurant and karaoke, open until 5:00 AM or until the last customer leaves.
Are there VIP rooms?
No, we do not have VIP rooms — only a VIP area and tables. The VIP area is right next to the stage.
How much is it to reserve a VIP table?
There is a minimum consumption of ¥100,000 per table. The VIP area and tables are shown on the floor map on our website. Each table seats 2–3 people maximum.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that situations sometimes require our guests to cancel their bookings. If a refund is needed, we kindly ask that you notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours before your booked showtime.
Why am I required to present my ID at the front?
For many years Tantra has been a high-end, upscale entertainment venue with a strict members-only policy. When presenting an ID, a business card will also be requested. This brings exclusivity, safety and security to all patrons. Ensuring everyone presents an official photo ID is a regulation of the local authorities.
Is there a bottle-keep system?
We only keep bottles for spirits such as vodka, tequila, gin, rum and whiskey. Bottle keeps expire after 30 days.
Is there a membership program?
We have a membership and corporate-account program, which individuals can obtain by reaching a certain total on their bills over the course of one year. VIP members are entitled to an 8% discount on their total bill for the following year, from the date the membership commences.
How do I become a member?

What about corporate accounts?
The company makes an initial payment of ¥100,000 for a one-year account. This account entitles the company to bring as many customers as they wish, or on their behalf, and receive a 10% discount upon payment.
Do you have other party plans?
We constantly offer different party plans and packages, which you can view on our website. You can also come for a regular entrance fee and let us know your limit — we will keep track of your account and let you know when you are getting close.

Can I take pictures and videos?
You are allowed to take pictures and videos only during show time. Guests are not allowed to photograph other tables or clients.
Is there a dress code?
No sandals.
A friend's birthday, a bachelor party — anything special?
For a special occasion such as a friend's birthday or a bachelor party, we can put the special guest on stage for one song, and our Tantra girls will dance and perform a special four-minute show for them. A ¥13,750 show charge (Guest Stage Experience) applies. You can take pictures and videos, or ask one of our managers to take a photo while the guest is on stage.
Are couples welcome?
Yes — Tantra is an upscale entertainment venue welcoming all guests. We have special packages for couples who come to see our shows, performed every hour. You can explore our

What kind of shows does Tantra feature?
The shows change throughout the night with different themes, and they are different every night. We feature a Modern Geisha Show, Entertainment shows and many more.
What time do the shows start?
The first show starts at 8:30 PM, the second at 9:30 PM, the third at 10:30 PM and the last at 11:30 PM. Each set lasts approximately 15–20 minutes. Between shows, our dancers perform pole dancing.
Do you offer limousine services?
We work with several companies for limo services. Confirmation is needed at least 48 hours in advance, and a 25% deposit should be paid online or at the front door of the club.
What are the monthly events?
Every month we host a themed event with different shows and special guests. We also offer food with your ticket and one Tantric Show for those who buy the ¥15,000 ticket. See our

Is the complimentary food from the "Dinner & Show" menu or the regular menu?
The food offered during the show is a selection of party canapés.
Can I put my friend on the stage?
The Tantric Show ticket is perfect for that — put your friend on stage and our dancers will perform for them. The Tantric Show is used for the last part of the show and lasts approximately four minutes. Just approach a manager and coordinate the timing.
