| Accepted Payment Methods | Online: Credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. In-store: Cash and all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, JCB). Bank transfer is available for large reservations on request to nyc@nyc-japan.com. We do not accept barcode/QR payments (e.g. PayPay), PayPal, Cash App, Zelle or Alipay. |
| Payment Period | Payments are due upon departure from the premises. Online transactions are processed immediately; bank transfers may take up to 5 business days to arrive. |
| Delivery / Confirmation | Orders are processed within 3–5 minutes. Reservation and booking confirmations are sent to your specified email within 5 minutes. |
| Cancellations & Refunds | Unpaid reservations can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Paid reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the event start time for a full refund; cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable and Tantra Tokyo retains 100% of the reservation fee. |
| Exchanges & Upgrades | Reservations may be upgraded to a higher-tier plan on request in-store. Downgrades are not offered — if a guest chooses to forgo part of a booked experience, Tantra Tokyo retains the entire reservation fee. |
