Additional Fees All Reservations paid through our webstie already include Tantras 25% service charge and Japan’s 10% sales tax. The customer may access additional perks upon request at our store. all these perks come with a price and the will all be charged 25% service charge and 10% japan’s sales tax.
Exchanges & Returns Policy Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Reservations

Unpaid Reservations:
Unpaid reservations can be canceled at any time without penalty.

Paid Reservations:
Paid reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the event start time for a full refund. If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the event start time, the reservation is non-refundable. Tantra Tokyo will retain 100% of the reservation fee in such cases.		 Package Exchanges & Upgrades

Reservation Upgrades:
Reservations can be upgraded to a higher-tier plan upon request in our store.

No Downgrades:
We do not offer downgrades for reservations. For example, if you have booked a dinner and show package, we cannot downgrade it to a show-only reservation and issue a refund for the difference. Should the customer decide to forgo the full experience, Tantra Tokyo retains the entire reservation fee.
Delivery times Orders will be processed within 3-5 minutes.
Reservation and Booking Confirmations should be received within 5 minutes to your specified email account.		  
Accepted payment methods
 The following payment methods available for customers to pay for the service.

Online:
We accept Credit and Debit Cards for online payments, processed securely through Stripe.

Offline:
In-store, we accept Cash and all major Credit and Debit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, JCB.)
For large reservations, Bank Transfer is available upon request to our finance team nyc@nyc-japan.com

We don’t acept Barcode payments, QR payments of platforms such as PayPay.

Other online payment methods aren’t available. Such as PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle, Alipay.
Payment period Payments are due upon departure from the premises. All transactions are process immediately.

Bank transfers may take up to 5 business days to arrive.
